Beat last week, one set at a time.
Setpoint runs the workout with you. It shows what you lifted last time before you load the bar, takes your reps the moment the set ends, and times the rest that follows — then turns all of it into a picture of how you're progressing.

One weekly plan, on repeat
Say how many days you train, name each one, and fill it with exercises, sets, a target rep range and a rest target. That plan runs every week until you change it.
Guided, set by set
One set on screen at a time, with last time's weight and reps sitting right under the input. Add a set, skip an exercise, or swap one out without leaving the workout.
Rest timed from the right moment
The clock starts when you log your reps, not when you tap a button. It beeps and buzzes at your target and keeps counting past it, so you always know the real number — and it gets stored with the set.
History that stays true
Every workout keeps its own copy of the exercises and targets you had that day. Rewrite your plan today and last March still reads exactly as you lifted it.
Progress you can read
Weight and volume per exercise over time, weekly volume split by muscle group, and how consistent you've been — sessions per week, current streak, time under the bar.
Phone first, desktop fine
Big controls you can hit one-handed with chalk on your fingers. Install it to your home screen and it opens like an app. Planning is easier on a laptop, so that works too.
How a workout runs
- 1
Start the day
Pick the day from your plan. Setpoint takes a snapshot of it, so what you're about to do is recorded as it stands right now.
- 2
Load the bar
Set one appears with last session's weight already filled in and last session's reps next to it. Adjust if you're going heavier.
- 3
Do the set
Tap Begin set, lift, then enter the reps you actually got.
- 4
Rest
The timer starts on that tap. At your target it beeps; past your target it keeps counting. Tap Begin set when you're ready and the real rest time is saved.
- 5
Next
Sets, then exercises, in order — until the last one is done and the session closes itself out.
Your next session is the one that counts.
